Auto Reports

Auto reports are created in an automated manner and sent to specific users or mailing lists.

*Green fields are mandatory.

  1. Name - Name of the report.
  2. Class name - Selection of the report type.
  3. SelectionID - Here the selection is determined. Selections are created in the order report. 
  4. JobID - If the report is to be generated regularly and automatically, it can be linked to a job here.
  5. UserID - Here the user that executes the report is specified. Usually it is a system user.
  6. RecipientPerson - Together with a message, the report is sent to the person specified here.
  7. RecipientGroup - Together with a message, the report is sent to the user group specified here.
  8. mailing list - The report is sent as an e-mail attachment to the specified mailing list.
  9. Prio - If more than one job is started at a certain time, the one with the lowest number in this field will be used first.
  10. Output - Selection of the output format.
  11. ReportType - Selection of the type of message with which the report in the system should be sent to the recipients.
  12. Last Implementation - Date and time of the last report creation.
  13. LastFile - Path of the last created file.
  14. DailyReport - If the checkbox is marked, it is a daily report.
  15. Documents - Here the documents and notes that are added to the record are displayed.
  16. Upload documents for this record - Add/upload documents and notes to the record.
  17. Test - Option to generate the report manually.
  18. Last Report - A zip file with the last report (Excel) can be retrieved.
  19. Setup table configuration - Master data configuration provides the possibilities of customizing existing fields and adding new virtual fields to records.
  20. Create Mapping configuration

If a recipient person or group has been specified in the Auto Report record, after the creation of the report these recipients are sent a system message, which contains the report file.
