Snapshot Comparison
In the Snapshot Comparison or Year Comparison, the booking values on certain target dates are determined, compared with each other and differences are determined.
Create a new version
In the versions, the booking statuses of the selected fiscal year are recorded up to a certain target date. The target date is the day on which the version was created. To create a new version, the desired year must be selected in the version field "New version" and the checkbox next to the year field must be selected. After clicking the Reorg button, the creation of the version is started.
In order to create the report only for certain customers, order type groups, sales areas or months, the desired values must be selected in the dropdown lists and the check boxes next to them selected.
The version to be used as the basis for the comparison is selected in the version fields.
