Break Utilisation
In the Break Utilisation module, a report can be created that calculates the utilisation of the breaks. The report is generated in accordance with the selected parameters.
The selection mask of the Break Utilisation module is divided into 3 areas, which are explained in the following.
1 - parameters relevant to booking
In addition to the restriction to Media and Media Combinations, filters can also be set for certain Booking Types (e.g. Booking (Fix), Booking (Option), Offer), Order type Groups and Break-Category Groups as well as Categories and Genres.
2 - output parameters
- Output - should the values in the report be output as absolute (monetary amounts) or percentages?
- Outputformat - how should the report look and be structured or should it be created as an xls file?
- Program - should the programs before / after the breaks be included in the report?
- Unit - what should be used as a basis for calculation and how should the utilization of the breaks be represented?
- BreakLength - what should be taken as the basis for the length of the breaks?
- Date FROM/TO - enter here the date range.
- Days of the Week - which days of the week should be taken into account in the report?
- Report-Settings is deactivated for all output formats except Excel.
- Available seconds and PlannedLength are deactivated for all output formats except Excel.
- CSS-Style is activated for all output formats except Excel.
If for Outputformat 'Excel-Output' is selected, the fields for the Report-Settings, Available seconds and PlannedLength are activated and the field for the CSS style is deactivated.
Depending on the selected output format, different buttons are active to start the output.
3 - filter by specific breaks
- Limitation of the report to a certain period of time.
- Enter the Break Category identifier.
- Enter the break coding or part of the coding with a wildcard (e.g.01. *. *. * or* .09. *. 18).
- Restriction to breaks that are planned before the program entered here.
- Restriction to breaks that are planned after the program entered here.
- Restriction to breaks that are planned before or after the program entered here.
- Selection of a Target Group.
- If certain parameter combinations are used more often, they can be saved and called up as a selection.
