Store budget-reference value and components as templates
In this section you will learn how you can store the budget reference value and the budget components for individual clients as templates, thus saving you the need to adjust them for each campaign.
General
MYOC offers you the possibility to store the budget reference figure and the individual budget components as templates for an agency group, agency, group or client. These are automatically preassigned when a campaign is created, but can still be changed if necessary.
MYOC always draws the more detailed specification. This means that if, for example, a template is stored for a client, this is always displayed. If no template has been defined for the client but for the group, the budget reference factor and budget components are displayed by the group. etc. If no template has been defined, the standard allocation is displayed.
All elements are located in the mask "Clients" and are only differentiated by their type.
Important: If you make a change in the template for the budget reference factor and/or the budget components for an agency group, agency, group, or client, this change is only transferred to newly created campaigns afterwards. In old campaigns, even if new variants and/or versions are created, the old entries remain.
Create templates for budget-reference value and components
To open the mask "Clients", search for "Clients" via the search element in the left navigation bar.

Tip: You can fix the mask in your home menu using the pin at the upper right edge, so that you don't have to search for it when you call it up again, but it will be displayed in the home menu by default.
In the displayed mask you can see all agency groups, agencies, groups and clients which you have the authorization for. By means of the type, you can see which element is involved.
HAGT = agency group
AGT = agency
KONZ = group
WT = client
