Monthly confirmation

Monthly confirmations are used to finally tag the billed spots as invoiced. If the respective flag is set in the suborders' invoice settings, confirmation documents are created.

Running the monthly confirmation works the same way as invoicing in advance except the preliminary invoice day isn't regarded. Please check out In Advance for further information.

For clients who use Booking periods it is crucial that all spots that have been booked and invoiced in a month are tagged as invoiced. Otherwise it will not be possible to close the booking period.
