Billing collective invoices works the same way as regular invoicing except for the fact that you don't get to set restrictions on particular suborders. Please check out In Advance and Final for further information.

The collective invoice only contains the total amount that has been billed. Which suborders were billed with which amounts cannot be determined from the invoice document.
