Break category grouping

Break categories with similar characteristics can be pooled in break category groups.

  1. Name - name for the break category group
  2. Identifier - unique identifier for the break category group
  3. Invoice label - the content of this field will be displayed on invoices of placements that refer to the break category
  4. Pre-Selection - not in use
  5. Media kind - if a media kind is selected, the break categories of this group are only available for the media of the selected media kind (e.g. only for TV or only online)
  6. Devicegroup - an allocated devicegroup will automatically be applied to the placement in which the break category group is selected
  7. Break category - selection of the break categories that belong to the group
  8. AdFormType - optional selection of an adform type (e.g. video, picture, audio etc.)
  9. Interfaces - if the ad breaks of the group can be used by interfaces for e.g. imports of placement actuals, the respective interfaces can be selected here
  1. Set the flag if you want the breaks of the group to be available for proposals
  2. If the available-flag is set, you need to enter a default length for breaks in proposals
  3. To put restrictions on the breaks' avalabilities for proposals, you can create availability periods .

In the availability period you can select a certain medium and a specific time range. The breaks will only be available on this medium in the specific time range after the availability record is assigned to the break category group.
