Booking types
The booking types determines the characteristics of the bookings. Booking types are mapped to order types in the respective order type records.
- Name - name for the booking type
- Identifier - identifier for the booking type
- Capacity - set the flag if bookings of this type reduce the available lenght of the booked break
- Playlist - set the flag if the bookings of this type shall be displayed in the playlist
- Pre telecast - not in use
- Tag pre telecast - bookings of this type are tagged with the inserted character or text
- Exportable - set the flag if the bookings shall be exported
- Billable - set the flag if the bookings shall be invoiced
- Kennzeichnung - set the flag if deleted/ invalid bookings shall be marked
- Replaceable - set the flag if the bookings shall be replaced and removed from the break by bookings of other types
- Convertable in - set the flag if the bookings shall be converted into another booking type (e.g. proposal --> fixed)
- Change authorisationID - optional selection of change rights
- Visualisation - the characters inserted in the visualization-fields are displayd previously resp. subsequent to the order data resp. lengths of the bookings
Visualisation-tags
The bookings are highlighted by the characters stored for visualization-tags. Please note: the colors are not applied to the tags in real life. I just added them to this document to extra-highlight the different tags!
