Pricing

In price folders all information regarding the pricing are bundled. The price folders are used to store the information of several imports concerning the pricing of a certain medium.

Please note: not every import and module which are explained on the following pages are used by every client.

Price folders

Price folders
  1. Name - name for the price folder
  2. Identifier - unique identifier for the price folder
  3. Currency - selection of the currency which is used for price calculation
  4. Analog - selection of a related price folder
  5. PriceModel-ID - selection of the price model that will be used for price calculation
  6. Active - flag needs to be set to activate the price folder. Only active price folders can be used for price calculation.

Currency

Currency
  1. Name - name for the currency
  2. Identifier - identifier for the currency
  3. ISO Code - international abbreviation of the currency
  4. LanguageID - mandatory selection of a language
  5. Exchange rate - this field must not be empty. If you don't want to apply a fixed exchange rate to the currency, please enter 0.
  6. By clicking on the special action, records for exchange rates can be created.
  7. Ref. CurrencyID - if you use an exchange rate, please select the currency which is used as reference.
  8. Default for campaign - set the flag if you want to apply the currency automatically to newly created 360-campaigns.
  1. CurrencyID - ID of the currency record the exchange rate is applied to
  2. Year & Month - enter year and month in which the exchange rate is valid
  3. Exchange rate - value of the rate
  4. Active - set the flag to activate the rate and enable it for calculation

Price model

Price model
  1. Name - name for the price model
  2. Identifier - identifier for the price model
  3. Round - set the flag if you want the prices to be rounded up and off
  4. Model for tandem spots - if you want tandem spots to be calculated differently from regular spots, you can select a price model which will be used for tandem spots.
  5. TandemModel from length - the selected price model for tandems will only be applied to spots that have at least the specified length
  6. Indices - allocated price indices are displayed here

Rate types

Rate types

Rate types can be imported via import module "Import-TG" aswell. They are used for break coding.

  1. Name - name for the rate type
  2. Identifier - identifier for the rate type
  3. Rate types - unique number for the rate type
  4. Options - Exportable: prices of this rate type can be exported via EDI-price file // Integral: round off price to integral value // IsOptimised: rate type is ready for optimization
  5. Rounding off type - select the type which will be used for rounding prices up resp. off
  6. EDI factor - prices in the EDI-price file are multiplied with this factor. If you don't want the prices to be multiplied, please enter 1,00 in this field as it must not be empty.
  7. Analog rate type - prices of the current rate type are identical to the prices of the rate type whose ID can be entered here
  8. ViewAuthID - not in use
  9. Prio - not in use
  10. Rate type groups - it is possible to bundle similar rate types in groups which can be selected in this field

Price groups

Price groups

Price groups are imported via import module "Import PG". They are used for break coding.

  1. Name - the name is generated automatically during the import
  2. MediaID - the price group is valid for the selected medium which is determined in the import file.
  3. From/ To - validity period of the price group
  4. Filename - name of the import file
  5. Rate type -  the rate type for which the price group is valid is determined in the import file
  6. Details - the details are the actual values per weekday and time.

In PG-Headers the actual values per weekday and time are determined.

Ratecards

Ratecards

Ratecards determine the actual price of the booked spot and are imported via price import.

A price folder consists of various prices for each month. The prices differ in rate type/ price group combination and price per unit (e.g. price per 30 seconds).

  1. Price folder - name of the price folder the ratecard is stored in
  2. Rate type - number of the rate type (field tarifart in rate type record)
  3. Price group - determined in import file
  4. From/ To - validity range for the price
  5. Price - actual price for a basis length
  6. Setting/ Unit - basis length for price calculation
  7. Name - name of the import file + ID of the price folder
  8. Price model - allocation of a price model if favoured
  9. Show history of ratecard record
  10. Copy ratecard record
  11. Reorganize the broadcast schedule to update the break-prices
  12. Reorganize the prices of the booked spots
