Import-Performancedata
This is the description of the performancedata Import. Prerequisite for use is a Import-Setup from Cataneo or from an trained administrator.
Uploading the importdata
The CSV Performance Importer is used to upload files (Zip-files also) from a local directory (1). Multiple files can be attached(2) and you can start the import process by clicking the upload button 3) . It is also possible to upload single files without markings by clicking the import link(4).
Log-Output of Imports and actions.
Successful imported Placements are shown like in (1).
Placements, which could not imported successfully are shown in (2). The reason for this problem is, that the external IDs of the placements haven't entered so far. For solving this problem you have to enter the missing external IDs into the placements and restart the import process.
How to enter the External IDs into the Placements
You can open the selection menu with a click on the Additional attributes Button. If an attribute with a external ID is already entered, you can choose the attribute and safe it.
After that the ID can be pasted into the text field or you can type it into the field.
Tip: As a recommendation, work with two MYDAS windows. One for the Import and the other for the Campaign View.
