The Campaign View
The Campaign View serves to purpose maintenance and control of campaigns.
Campaign View(tab Campaign)
When calling a campaign you will get into the tab "Campaign" (1). In this tab you see the most important campaigns with all attributes (2) . All placements of the campaings are listed in tabular form(3).
The individual areas are described below.
Logo area:
If a logo is deposited for the customer, it will be displayed as above. It is also possible to deposit a default-logo at the sales house.
Additional-Attributes:
If you click the button, a processing window will be opened. In this window you can define and create additional attributes for the campaigns or you can select the ones which are already entered.
The counter field above the button shows, how many additional attributes exist for the campaigns.
Tags:
With this button it is possible to create or select search tags(magnifier icon).
The counter field above the button shows, how many tags exist for the campaign.
Issues:
If the campaign has problems or conflicts, you can see them by clicking this button.
The counter field above the button shows, how many problems exist for the campaign.
Status:
Here you can change the status of the campaign(Click into the field and the status-selection will be opened).
Budget and Invoice
Here you can change the campaign settings of the budget. In additional it is also possible to change the invoice settings.
The Campaign-Performance speedometer:
Plan $ - shows the campaign budget vs. planned costs.
Time - shows the percentage of the campaign, how many campaigns have already been transacted.
Consumed $ - shows planned costs vs. reached budget.
The placement table:
The Placements are listed in tabular form.Double-click one Placement and then the tab Placements will opened in the Campaign Viewer. The columns result from the following attributes.
- State - status of placements
- Name - name of placements
- from - start date of placements
- until - end date of placements
- Bundle - Bundle of a placement
- Media Type - media type which is important for the placement
- Inventory - advertising products of placements
- Target Type - target type
- Target - target (calculated from budget and ratecard)
- Budget - budget (calculated from ratecard and target)
Bundle View (Tab Bundles)
If you would like to observe the distribution of the bundles, go to the tab "Bundles" (1). In this tab, you can see the bundles with all important attributes (2). All placements of the campaigns are listed in tabular form (3).
The individual areas are described below.
The individual bundles are displayed in separate frames. In the respective frames, the most important bundle attributes are visible.
- Media Combi, which is assigned to the bundle
- The target of the planned budget.
- The current price of the bundle.
- With the first button, all placements of bundles can be displayed in a timeline. With the second button, you can open the bundle-settings.
With all buttons from 1,2 and 3 in the description above, you can open a popUp which allows you to change the most important bundle attributes.
The placement table has already been described in the tab "Campaings".
Placement View (Tab PLCM)
Double-click one placement in the table(3). After that a new tab called "PLCM" will be opened (1). In this tab all placements with the most important attributes will be shown. A evaluation will also be shown(2) .
The individual areas are described below.
The highlighted area shows Linked Placements.
Call up Additional Attributes, for example: enter the External ID for the Performancedata-Import
Button for changing and displaying the order types of the placements. Here you can enter suborders of linear Placements and also can change them.
Place for changing and displaying the campaign controller values.
- Target - here you can change the Targeting
- Budget - here you can change the Capping
- Price - here you can execute additional charges and ratecard changes
- Media Type - here you can modify the media types and inventory
- Inventory - here you can modify the media types and inventory
- Period - here you can modify the placement operating time
- Discount - consider the discounts
- Interface - modify relevant interfaces
TIP 1: If the environment is missing in the inventory, you can add a fitting zone. The zone complies for the advertising envirionment.
TIP 2: If the advertising environment is missing in the inventory , you can add a advertising environment with Ad Forms. Ad Forms must be linked to a category of advertising.
