Agency Agreement [Rebate in kind]
Agency agreements provide the possibility of distributing a specific budget for charge-free spots on certain suborders of advertisers that are connected with the agency.

General settings
- The contract number is generated by the system on first save. It uses the pattern yyyy/n+1.
- Name of the contract
- From/ To - validity range of the contract
- Media combi - the contract will be valid for the respective suborders on the selected media combi
- Valid - set the flag to activate the contract
- Corporate agency/ agency - selection of the agency or corporate agency to whose clients the contract will be applied
- Target key value - selection of the contract's assessment base
- Creates an overview of the contract settings including a summary of the input values.

- Creates an overview on each month's values.
- Creates the agency reporting.
- Creates a report for internal use only.
- Adds a new budget level to the contract.
- Adds the record of a new separate agreement to the contract.
- Adds the record of a new additional claim to the contract.
- Creates a memo which will be visible in the comment-grid. Please note: memo-records cannot be removed from the contract!
- Connects the contract to the orders of the agency's/ coporate agency's clients.
- Opens the percental exclusion.
- Opens the exclusion validation.
Budget levels
New budget levels are created via special action. They can be deleted by clicking on the waste bin-icon.

- Name of the connected agency contract.
- The budget that is supposed to be reached with this level is entered here.
- Selection of the assessment base (budget type which is considered for calculation).
- For each budget level there must be a discount rate for calculating the rebate in kind-demand entered. To allow discounts > 100% you need to disable the ModulAllowed "Agenturvertrag - maximal 100 Prozent zulassen".
- The budget level must be activated via special action. Only one level can be active at a time. If there's already an active level available, you can only de-activate it by deleting it or by activating another level.
Assessment and demand

- Selection of the business type. The budgets of the respective suborders with order types belonging to the selected business type will be used for calculating the assessment base.
- Selection of the order type group. The budgets of the respective suborders with order types belonging to the selected order type group will be used for calculating the assessment base.
- Selection of the order type group which will be relevant for demand. The budgets of the respective suborders with order types belonging to the selected order type group will be used for calculating the demand.
Exclusions

- The system provides the possibility of excluding certain clients from the contract. Via percental exclusion (which will be detailed later on) you can determine whether the client is completely excluded or if a specific percentage of his budget shall add to the target or demand.
- In this grid you will find the suborders of clients that have been overruled in exclusion validation. This means that the respective suborders still add to the demand although the client is excluded from the contract.
Separate agreements
Separate agreements are created via special action and can be deleted by clicking on the waste bin-icon.
But note: the budgets of the clients only add to the separate agreement, not to the contract assessment and demand! Basically the clients that are mentioned in the separate agreements are excluded from the main agency contract.

- Name of the connected agency contract
- Name of the separate agreement
- Selection of the agency/ advertiser/ holding/ corporate agency. The agreement will be applied to the respective suborders on advertiser level.
- Target budget - the budget that is to be reached with the agreement is entered here
- Target key value - selection of the budget base for the agreement
- PLNR rate (%) - rate of the pool-rebate in kind
- Assesment base - selection of the budget base for assessment calculation
- In this field the assessment base of the main contract is displayed.
- Coupled - the discount rate is connected to the discount rate of the active budget level in the main contract. All modifications to the rate in the main contract will be applied to the separate agreement aswell.
- Clearable - overbookings on NR-suborders will be offset to the main contract. But note: if the flag is set, the assessment base of the separate agreement will be disabled and the main contract's assessment base will be used for calculation.
- Creates an overview on each month's values.
- Creates the reporting in Excel.
Additional claims
Additional claims are created via special action and can be deleted by clicking on the waste bin-icon. The beneficiary of the additional claim needs to be connected to the agency/ corporate agency of the main contract. It doesn't matter if the beneficiary is excluded from the main contract since additional claims are strictly separated from the main contract and separate agreements.

- The number is generated automatically by the system.
- Name of the connected main contract.
- Name of the additional claim.
- Claim type - claim types need to be set up in the CRM-Control values and can be defined as desired.
- Selection of corporate agency/ agency/ advertiser/ holding
- Selection of the assessment base for calculation
- Assessment base of main contract
- The calculation period determines the validity of the additional claim.
- Rate types - selection of rate types that will be considered for calculation
- Claim in percent - % is used for calculating the target demand based on the assessment base
- Absolute claim - instead of a % it is also possible to determine an absolute monetary value for the demand
- Realization period - during this period the absolute claim is distributed on the beneficiaries. If a claim in % is available, the demand is calculated based on the budget during the realization period.
- Types for realization - selection of the order type group whose order types are enabled for acceptance. But note: there must be no consistencies of the order types of the order type group selected in the additional claim and the main contract!
- Exclusion - selection of clients that will be excluded from the additional claim
- Exclusion overriding - the excluded suborders of the concerned clients are displayed in this grid
- Creates an overview on each month's values.
- Creates the reporting in Excel.
- Starts the exclusion validation which works the same way as in the main contract.
