Sales area

A sales area defines a particular scope of e.g. products, order types or local areas for which sales representatives are responsible.

General data

  1. Name of the sales area
  2. Identifier of the sales area
  3. Users who are allocated to the sales area function as sales representatives. Please note: the user's function determines whether it is possible to assign him to a sales area.

  5. The layout and content of the roadmap depends on the selection that is made for this field.
    You can choose between the following options:
         - display the previous year's customers
         - display only customers of the current year
         - display the customers' budgets
  6. Set the flag to activate the sales area. Please note: deactivated sales areas aren't displayed in the respective selection in the order master data.
  7. Creates regular targets (e.g. for TV).
  8. Creates online targets.
  9. Updates the allocation of sales representatives.
  10. Displays the clients that are connected to the sales area.
  11. Reorganizes the roadmap values of the sales area.
