Visit summary
In visit summary you can create reports that provide a lucid overview on budget data and visit reports. The data in these reports are displayed gradually for sales areas, corporate agencies, agencies, holdings and advertisers.

Selection of clients

You can search and add the following masterdata to the form:
- SR --> sales areas
- CorpAg --> corporate agencies
- Agency --> regular agencies
- Corporate --> holdings
- Client --> advertisers
Detailed information on how to use the search is available in CRM-manual Client hierarchy.
- Is is possible to create the report for more than one year at once. But please note that the "year to month"-filter only works for the current year.
- The MG1 YTM will only be calculated until the end of the entered month. It is displayed in a separate column in the report.
- You can put restrictions on certain order type groups. Only the budget of the order types belonging to the selected groups will be allowed for calculation in the report.
- There are 2 options for sorting the client-referring columns in the report.
- Clients and sales areas are added to the selection by clicking them in the hierarchy. Please note: the selected items are combined with AND-operator in the query for the report.
- The selected items can be removed from the selection by pushing the X-icon in their table row.
- To apply an already existing selection to the form you need to click on the folder-button and select the favored item.
- Resets the form.
- To save the current selection you need to enter a name for the selection in the text field and...
- ... push the save-button.
Once the report has been created, an info message is displayed and the report file is visible next to the report-button.
The report file
The report data are displayed gradually from sales area to corporate agency, agency, holding and advertiser. Within the levels the data are displayed in alphabetical order. If there aren't any matching items the respective field is shaded gray.
Please note: if you compare the values on e.g. agency-level to the values of the year-comparison report, you need to calculate the total of all sales areas for the compared item in the visit summary.

Depending on the selected sorting the respective columns are displayed in alphabetical order.
The actual budget values are displayed for each level. In addition to MG and MN values the rates of rebates in kind and cash discount are listed and the margin between MN3 and MG3 in % is calculated.
The forecast values include the forecasted rates of cash discounts and rebates in kind.

The visit summary contains the values of the currently active commitments that are available for the selection.
If there's a special discount on holding-level, the commitment of the holding is displayed first and only then the advertisers belonging to the holding are listed.
For advertisers that aren't connected to any commitments, the respective fields are shaded gray. If there are several commitments available for a holding, they are all listed.

In the last 2 columns the sales areas and the shares of advertise are displayed.
