(Media-) Combi
Media combinations provide the possibility of bundling several media to booking combinations (e.g. channel 1, channel 1 sport, channel 1 kids).
In case no combination of media is requested or required, the media--combi will only contain one single media.
Please note that in most cases the media-combi is invoiced and not the media. Exceptions are invoicing of deals and campaigns. This way it is guaranteed that invoices can be created for a whole media group.
General information
- Name - name of the media combi
- Identifier - identifier of the media combi
- Master-Media - Allocation of the master media on which the packages are reported in order reports. A media can be the master media in only one combi.
- Media-Combi Detail - General Setting for invoicing details of a media-combi
- Media - the media that are included in the combi are displayed here
- Active - if the checkbox is marked the combi is active
- Default4Suborder - if the checkbox is marked the media combi is automatically allocated to newly created suborders.
Allocation of price-folders
In this tab the user needs to select a price-folder as default. This price-folder is automatically preallocated in the subcontracts and relevant for the rate card import (rate cards will be linked to the price-folder automatically then).
The selection of further price-folders in media-combis is optional. If optional price-folders were allocated they can be selected in the suborders instead of the default one.
Settings
The validity of the media combi is determined by the data fields. Furthermore you can select whether the combi is HD- and/or 3D-capable.
