Material allocation
Products can be allocated to one or more materials via material allocation. This way the user doesn't have to open each material record to allocate the favoured products.
- Selection of the product which is supposed to be allocated to one ore more materials.
- Pushing this button starts the allocation of the selected materials to the product.
- The number of selected materials is displayed here.
- The search for materials can be narrowed down by the selection of already allocated products, advertisers or material titles.
- Display all materials with and without product allocation matching the search.
- Display only materials without product allocation.
Search for products
- Open the product search by clicking on the magnifying glass.
- Enter the whole or a part of the product name and press Enter to start the search.
- Click on the favoured product to apply it to the product selection and close the window.
Search for materials
After clicking on "All materials" all materials with and without product allocation matching the search are displayed.
If you press the "only materials without a product"-button, there are only materials displayed, that don't have product allocations yet.
The search for materials can be narrowed down by the selection of advertisers, already allocated products or material titles. Please note that the content of the field "Last change before" affects the search result. There are only materials displayed as results, that have been modified during the last X days (in this case it's 10 days).
Allocate product to material(s)
As the product that shall be allocated to a material has already been selected, the user only needs to click on the favoured material(s) and afterwards push the "allocate product"-button. The number of selected materials is displayed in the upper right corner.
To finish the allocation the user needs to confirm the message with clicking OK.
