If you want to define special leadtimes for certain dates, you have the the possibility of defining exceptions. The leadtimes determined in the exceptions will be used for booking on the respective dates instead of the regular leadtimes of the short-term detail.
To create an exception you need to click the "Add exception"- special action in the short-term detail record and continue as follows:
- Select the date that the exception will be applied to.
- Enter the minimum leadtime (in days).
- Enter the maximum leadtime (in days).
- A comment can be entered optionally.
- Click on the apply-button to finish the creation. Afterwards the exception will be displayed in the exceptions-grid in the short-term detail record.
