Cockpit Setup
In contrast to day-scheduling the cockpit provides the possibilities of displaying breaks for a time range of multiple days and booking spots on multiple days all in one go. Spots can be modified, rebooked and canceled after booking. Booking documents like pre- or post-telecast can be created in the cockpit as well.

- In the client-hierarchy it is possible to search for orders resp. bookable suborders within a selected year. Ways to search for suborders are detailed in the following steps.
- The cockpit includes several views which provide various actions. The views are described in separate manuals.
- Filter resp. selection area
- Buttons to initialize the search for breaks
- Information on number of selected spots and their total budget within the selected breaks. It is also possible to select breaks randomly by entering a number of spots or entering a budget.
- Buttons to initialize booking resp. to summarize the latest bookings and to create offers.
- The links lead to booking details for the latest bookings and to the session monitor to create booking certificates for specific session. By clicking on "New" the current session is terminated and a new one initialized.
Agency view

The agency view is activated by default on opening the cockpit for the first time in a session. In this view the orders are grouped by the agencies that they are connected to by order master data.
Please note: Searching by agency name is not possible. The search only works for clients, order numbers and products in the left field and media combis in the middle field.
In the agency view suborders are grouped by the agencies that are assigned in the orders.
There's no separate grouping on order level in this view. All bookable suborders of orders with the same combination of advertiser and agency are displayed on the same level.
Client view

In client view the orders are grouped by client. The suborders are grouped by the corresponding orders.
Please note: the order numbers are sorted in ascending order.
Pool view
The user has the possibility to add his favorite orders to the pool. This way the orders of the selected clients are displayed in one view altogether.
Please note: there are different ways to add orders to the pool. Which orders are added in the end additionally depends on the active view (client/agency)
- client view: add orders on client level --> all orders incl. suborders of the selected client are added to the pool
- client view: add orders on order level --> only the selected order incl. suborders is added to the pool
- client view: add orders on suborder level --> the whole order incl. suborders is added to the pool. It is not possible to add only one single suborder.
- agency view: add orders on agency level --> not supported. Orders cannot be added to the pool on agency level.
- agency view: add orders on client level --> all orders incl. suborders of the combination agency/client are added to the pool
- agency view: add orders on suborder level --> not supported. It is not possible to add suborders on suborder level.
In pool view the orders are grouped by client. Searching for specific order numbers, clients or products is not possible. In this view only the search for media combis is enabled. The orders can be removed from the pool via context menu.
Search for orders by products

The search by product names returns all orders incl. bookable suborders of the clients that own the product.
Search for order numbers

The search for order numbers returns only the respective order incl. bookable suborders.
Combination of search criteria

To narrow down the search you can combine search criteria.
Please note: each search field can only contain one search term. Combinations of search terms (e.g. product + advertiser) in one field are not allowed.
