1. Once a client has been selected in the client hierarchy, the bookings can be displayed by pushing this button. Please note: in contrast to the optimizer it is not mandatory to select a suborder to have bookings displayed. If you only select a client, all his bookings on his orders in the selected time range will be displayed.
2. Display all the bookings of one day in the selected time range, disregarding the client/order selection.
3. Display all spots without material in the selected time range, disregarding the client/order selection.
4. Open the overview on the bookings in the selected time range.
5. Lock the selected material by clicking on the lock-button. Afterward the material will not be available for booking anymore. You are only able unlock the material in the material record afterward.

Spots are displayed if at least an agency is selected from the clients hierarchy. To rebook a spot a click on each single spot or the action "Mark all bookings" mark spot to be rebooked. Selected spots are displayed in a darker grey.

1. Modify or rebook the selected spots via Rebook-button
2. Open a summary of the bookings that have been made in the session.
3. Export the bookings to Excel.
4. Cancel spots via clicking on the X. Please note: if there are several spots selected and you click on the X of an un-selected spot, both the selected and the un-selected spot will be canceled.

1. Mark all bookings - all of the displayed spots will be selected
   Mark bookings w/o product - only those spots that are not booked on a product will be selected
   Mark bookings w/o copy - only those spots that are not booked on a material will be selected
2. Show clipboard - opens the clipboard in a new window
3. Day scheduling - opens the day-scheduling in a new window
   Remove fixed pricing - manually entered fixed spot prices (excl. price = 0) will be reset to rate card-prices
   Remove product - the product incl. material will be removed from the spot
   Remove copy - only the material will be removed from the spot
4. Automated copy assignment - book spots on a material automatically.
                      Please note: this only works if:
                            - the spot is already booked on a product
                            - a material for the booked spot length and product is available
   Open copy data - opens the material record in a new window. Please note: this option is only displayed in the menu if the spot is booked on a material
5. Memo -  creates a memo for the spot. Spots with memos are marked with an icon in form of an "i".
6. Select - spot data are applied to the filter area
7. Show history - opens the spot history of the booking in a new window
   Open assistant - opens the booking assistant in a new window
   Open break - opens the break in a new window

If you open the context menu on selected spots, there are additional options available in the menu:

1. Change marked bookings - the selected bookings will be rebooked
   Split marked bookings - the selected bookings will be split in 2 parts. The value that is entered in the length field is relevant (eg. for a 30 second spot if 20 seconds are entered in the length field, the spot will be separated into 2 Spots with 20 and 10 seconds).
   Split marked spots to 50:50 - the selected spots will be split in 2 equal parts. Please note: this only works if there is no material assigned and if the spot length is even.
   Split couples - split tandems into spot and reminder
2. Unmark all bookings - the selection will be reset
   Switch all marks -  the selected spots will be un-selected and vice versa
3. Move marked bookings into clipboard - the selected spot will be moved from their original breaks into the clipboard. They will only be visible in the clipboard as long as they are not rebooked on other breaks.

At first you should make sure that the data in the filter area correspond to the selected spot and if necessary apply the spot data to the filter area. Otherwise you might risk rebooking the spot on the wrong order by accident for instance.

Now select product and material and push the Rebook-button.

If rebooking was successful, a success message is displayed above the booking table. If rebooking fails, an error message with the reason is displayed.

Of course it is possible to only book or rebook products without materials. In this case the material selection needs to be reset to "no restriction". But please note: it is not possible to book or rebook materials without a product being selected or already booked on the spot!

Select the check box next to the length-field to set the field to editable. Now enter the new length for the spot press the Enter-key and click on "Rebook". To confirm the transaction click on OK in the message box.

Please note: spot lengths can only be rebooked as long as no material is selected in the filter area.

Select the spot you want to rebook on a different suborder. Now click on the target-suborder in the client hierarchy. As displayed in the screenshot the new suborder number is applied to the filter area while the spot is still selected. Click on "Rebook" to start the transaction and confirm the booking with OK.

Please note: you need to make sure that original and target suborder use the same media combi and that both suborders are enabled for the same break categories. Otherwise rebooking will fail.

Rebooking on orders works analogue to rebooking on suborders. You just need to select a target suborder from a different order than the original suborder.

Please note: it is not allowed to rebook on target orders that are not valid in the same year as the original order.

To display the bookings per day it is not necessary to select a client or order. The only filters that have an effect on the output are start date, weekday selection, media, break group and rate types..

Der User hat die Möglichkeit, die vorherige Ansicht wieder in die Filtermaske zu laden. Dazu klickt er auf den "old/ alt"-Button, woraufhin sich ein neues Fenster öffnet. Das Fenster zeigt den letzten Inhalt des Filters, bevor der User die Werte verändert hat. Die Felder sind hier nicht editierbar. Durch Klick auf "Übernehmen" werden die Werte aus dem Fenster zurück in den Filter der Umbuchungsmaske geschrieben.
