Spothistory

With spothistory you can search for specific spots and track their change logs. In addition to that it is possible to track order and suborder histories.

The search for clients and orders works analogous to the search in the booking cockpit. After selecting the favoured client/ order/ suborder in the hierarchy, the data are applied to the filter area and the search buttons are enabled.

  1. If you enter the break coding or parts of it, the search will only be executed on matching breaks.
  2. After entering the spot ID or parts of it, you need to click on "Apply" to enable the search button.
  3. Select or unselect the checkboxes to only search for spots of the favoured status.
  4. The multiple selection of media combis is opened after clicking on the bold link.
  5. Enter a time frame for the search.
  6. If you want to hide order history entries that were caused by reorg and/ or invoicing, you need to select the checkboxes.
