Booking documents
The Cockpit provides the possibility of creating various documents that contain information on bookings in selected timeranges. These documents can be created for every level of the client hierarchy given that bookings exist.
Documents
Documents can be created on all levels of the client hierarchy. Additionally it is possible to set restrictions on various master data.
- multiple selection of products
- multiple selection of media
- multiple selection of media combis
- multiple selection of agencies: only works if at least a client is already selected
- multiple selection of advertisers: only works if at least an agency is already selected
- multiple selection of order type-groups
- multiple selection of suborders: only works if a client or order is already selected
Please note: you need to make sure that the multiple selections of various data match. If you for instance select products of client A and agencies that are not connected with this client, the system won't find any bookings.

- automatic - the price type that is stored in the order type is used for the reports
- Mediabrutto (mediagross) - MG1 for spots that are booked on suborders with ordertypes that are accountable (business type = classic), 0 for spots that aren't accountable (e.g. rebate in kind).
- Wert/ Virtuell - virtual ratecard price of spots that are actually free of charge
- Listenpreis (linear) - linear ratecard price (MG3)
- Listenpreis (Modell) - actual ratecard price (MG2)
If you enable the ChangeID-column, all spots that have been modified in the selected period are tagged. You can replace the default-tag with any favored character.
You can decide whether product or material are displayed in the 4th column.
