Rebook breaks
Entire breaks can be rebooked on a different break. It is possible to rebook the spots of several breaks into one specific target break, but it is not possible to distribute the spots on several target breaks while rebooking.
The source breaks can be selected for deletion after rebooking.

Selection area
The selection area is divided in 3 areas.
In the upper area you set restrictions to filter only the favoured breaks:
- Media - selection of the channel whose breaks are about to be displayed.
- Date FROM/TO - selection of a time range
- Break number - you can either enter the entire break coding or only parts of it. The left-out parts need to be replaced with *.
- Selected - the source break will be tagged as "deleted" after rebooking
- Apply MaxPlan - the maximum planned length of the source break is applied to the target break
- Days of the week - selection of the weekdays for which the breaks shall be displayed
In the middle area you determine the target break:
-
Break number - you can either enter the entire break coding or only parts of it. The left-out parts need to be replaced with *.
But note: the coding needs to be unique as there's only rebooking on one target break possible. Rebooking will fail if the target break cannot be clearly identified. If you enter a break number like 12.*.*.* and there are more than one breaks starting with "12", a target break cannot be identified. - If you want to rebook on a certain break in the future, you don't have to look for the break in the list by yourself but you can let the system do it. You only need to enter the amount of days the date of the target break is ahead in the future (target date = today + content of the field => today = 1.12. / content of field = 3 / target date = 4.12.)
In the bottom area you'll find the buttons to display the breaks and to automatically select/ unselect the displayed breaks.
Rebook breaks
Beispiel: heutiges Datum = 1.12.; Feldinhalt = 3 --> Zieltag = 4.12.
Rebooking 1 to 1
- Underlined breaks are booked and ready for rebooking
- Select the underlined break you want to rebook
- You need to make sure that break category groups of source and target breaks match. If they don't, rebooking might fail as there are usually restrictions on order types for certain break categories.
After rebooking details on the spots are displayed on top of the page. The details contain the spotlength, date, time and coding of source break and target break. If the source break is selected for deletion, the message "context marked" is displayed additionally. At the end of the details list the total amount of rebooked spots and their MG is summarized.
