Booking matrix
The booking matrix provides a quick overview on the current booking status in the selected timerange. Furthermore a direct link to detailed planning is available and the booking status and the playlist can be exported.


- The start day of the selected timerange can be entered manually or via click on the date in the calendar.
- The default value for this field is 8. That means the selected timerange counts 8 days incl. start day. You can also enter a different value aswell.
- Displays the complete booking matrix for the selected timerange.
- Creates the broadcast schedule for the selected days.
Functions of the booking matrix
- View - direct link to Detailed planning
- Export/ Booking status - SpotExport-file incl. materials is created
- Export/ Playlist - creates a playlist for the favoured channel
- Number - number of spots booked on each channel in the selected timerange
- List Linear & Modell - linear ratecard prices resp. ratecard prices incl. spots that use special price models (e.g. disproportional models for tandems)
- Media gross - MG1 of the spots
After clicking on "View" the user is forwarded to Detailed planning. The displayed day is the first day of the timerange selected in the booking matrix.
Depending on which interfaces the clients work with the matching spotfiles are created. In the screenshot there are examples for spotfiles of 4 different clients who each use different formats and interfaces.
You will also find the created files in the Export directory in the Interfaces module.
