Advertising windows

Advertising windows are useful for channels that broadcast the same programs with different advertising in several regions. Since these advertising windows are individually bookable, the spots can be placed accurately to coverage and target groups of each region.

  1. Enter the favoured date
  2. Master medium - spots and breaks that are booked on the master medium can be copied to the advertising windows of the selected feed channels.
  3. Media -  selection of at least one feed channel. You define a channel as feed channel in media masterdata by allocating a master medium.

Difference report

The difference report compares the linked "partner" breaks of master and feed channel. If there are any issues with breaks, e.g. missing material or break is not available on master/ feed channel, the respective breaks and "partner" breaks are highlighted in red:

  • spots that are only booked on the master channel are highlighted in the master channel table
  • if there's no linked break on the master channel, the respective line is tagged with "nicht vorhanden" in the master channel table
  • empty linked breaks on the feed channel are highlighted and tagged with "leer"

Breaks are not highlighted if both linked breaks are empty or if the same spots with the same characteristics (order, length, product, material) are booked on linked breaks on master and feed channel. The positions of the spots in the breaks are not taken into account.
