A suborder is required for linear bookings like TV bookings. All Spots that are booked in MYDAS rely on the suborder so bookings without suborder are not possible in MYDAS. The most important attribute of the suborder is the order type. It defines for example if a spot will be a paid spot or if it is a free spot.

In Starhub context every Order should have one paid suborder and one free suborder. This will be required for manual bookings as well as for automated campaign bookings. No further actions need to be done with the suborder except for linking the correct order type.
