Result table

Information on the various colours of breaks and codings:

  • grey break codings indicate that there are spots booked on the break;
  • blue break codings indicate that there aren't any spots booked yet;
  • the colours of rows don't have particular meanings, it's just for highlighting certain break categories in their individual colours. The colours can be entered and modified in Break Category masterdata;
  • green columns indicate that the breaks still have available time;
  • red columns indicate that the breaks are overbooked.

The result table contains default columns and optional columns that can be hidden/ displayed via the Settings button. Depending on system settings, specific columns might (not) be editable.

Layout of the result table:

  1. StartTime - planned start time of the break.
  2. ID - break coding.
  3. Program before/after - names of the program parts that are broadcast directly previous to the break and immediately after.
  4. ListPrice/Basis - ratecard price per basic length for bookings on the break
  5. OM - ideal minute; will be imported with broadcast schedule import. The ideal minute "delays" the start of an hour for planning advertising based on the active commercial rule on an entire broadcast day. If ideal minute = 20, the commercial rule is now applied from hh:20 to hh1:20 (e.g. 10:20 to 11:20). That means if commercial allowed/ hour = 720, it is allowed to plan 720 sec. for advertisement in hours between hh:20 and hh1:20.
  6. HMPlan - totals of max. planned lengths of all breaks that start within the same hour (cross media).
  7. HPlan - totals of planned lengths of all breaks that start within the same hour (cross media).
  8. HAvailable - totals of available lengths of all breaks that start within the same hour (cross media).
  9. MPlan - maximum planned length of the individual break. It is allowed to overbook the break up to this value.
  10. Plan - planned regular length of the individual break.
  11. StdR - hour rule.
  12. Open - available time of the individual break.
  13. Select - select breaks for mass modification filter area.

1. bell = show you that the break has a plan length of 0

2. lock = show you that the break is locked and can't be changed

3. Sum Row = show you the daily sum of Max-Plan length and Plan length
