Broadcast Reconciliation
Load the ASRun File
Before you can start the reconciliation you have to import the ASRun protocol. You will find the ASRun Import UI in the <MODUL HEADER> Interfaces and then under the Menue entry ASRun Import.

Normally all created ASRuns of the previous days will be shown automatically in the list. If not ask your admin to help you find and upload the requested ASRun Protocol.
- The ASRun protocoll is named <channelname>ASRun_Date_Starttime.marl
- Click the Import Button to start the import of the ASRun
- After the import is done, a DELTA Protocol will be created
- After successful import the ASRun protocol file will be marked with a check
Delta Report
After the successful import, a Delta Report will be generated. This Excel File contains 3 Tabs.
Tab1: Summary
Gives a overview of the issues that raised by importing the ASRun. You can dive deeper with the next Tab.

Tab2: Missing Spots

Tab3: Details
The details tab shows all spots which have a difference bettween the booking and the airing status.
- All spots marked with a + are not booked but aired
- All spots marked with a - are booked but not aired
- All spots marked with a M are missed but there is a potential match
- All spots marked with a A are aired

Reconcile Spots
In the Broadcast module spots are tagged as telecasted either manually or by AsRun-import. The actual start times of the breaks and spots are updated through AsRun-import.

Display the breaks of the day
- Selection of the channel
- Click on the link to switch from CR-Day view to Broadcast-Day view.
- You can enter a date manually or select it from the calendar.
- Status of the day. Click on the button to switch to the following or preceding status.
- Displays the breaks incl. spots of the selected day.
- The selected spots are deselected and vice versa.
- The currently selected spots are saved as telecasted.
- Locks all unlocked breaks.
- Unlocks all locked breaks.
- After locking the breaks they cannot be modified anymore. This means that spots can't be booked, cancelled, rebooked or moved to new positions as long as the break is locked. Depending on system settings it may be possible to modify spots after they were telecasted (ModuleAllowed "Keine Änderungen nach Ausstrahlung").
- Selects the unselected spots and vice versa. Through AsRun-imports the flags are set automatically for telecasted spots. If spots weren't broadcasted, the flag is not set by the AsRun-import.
- Planned and actual start time are not editable. The actual start time is set by the AsRun-import.
Status of day
All the workflow from pre-log a day until invoicing will be controlled by the value "Status of the day". You can allign the workflow on your needs, by changing the workflow.
Depending on the status of the broadcast day you can enable the day for specific transactions and functionalities. This way it is possible to create a strict process for manually tagging breaks as broadcasted.

- Name of the status that will be displayed in Detailed planning and Broadcast
- Identifier of the status
- BookingAllowed - set the flag if you want to enable days of this status for booking
- BookingTypeID - if a booking type is selected, booking will be restricted on this specific type (e.g. only moving spots from the clipboard back into breaks)
- Color - the status will be displayed in the entered colour (hex-code) in Detailed planning and Broadcast
- NextStates - enter the identifiers of states that follow or precede the current status
- NextStateID - optional selection of the status that directly follows the current status
- IsDefault - set the flag if you want this status to be the initial one
- Closed - if the flag is set, days of this status cannot be modified anymore. Booking, rebooking, cancellation or updates on spot positions in breaks won't be possible anymore.
- CanCreatePlaylist - this status allows the user to create a playlist for the day. But note: it is only possible to create the playlist after modifying the day (e.g. changing the status).
- ReconciliationAllowed - if the flag is set the user is allowed to tag breaks as telecasted. Please note: if the flag is not set, you cannot display the breaks in the broadcast module for days in this state!
