Campaign Management Tool

The campaign management tool is an all in one UI for processing and managing your campaigns. This user-friendly interface clearly shows the hierarchy of the campaign.

The Areas of the Campaign Tool

  1. The so-called campaign header, which shows the most important campaign information, is at the top.
  2. Below you will find all bundles that belong to the campaign.
  3. You will now find all placements within the bundles. You can see that one or more placements are assigned to a bundle when the orange area shows the number of placements.

But one after anonther. Let's go through level by level. The interface is kept very simple and always shows you the information you need.

 

Whenever you see such an > [arrow], it means that you can display further information here.

Campaign Header

On the dark level you will find all the basic information you need for a quick evaluation of the campaign.

  1. Clientdata
  2. Campaign Name and duration
  3. Requested Budget
  4. Booked Budget
  5. Invoiced Budget
  6. Remaining Days of the campaign

By clicking on the arrow next to the customer name, the campaign header opens and all important information about the campaign is displayed.

The HEader is structured in such a way that you can find all relevant information grouped together.

1. All information about customer and order. You can also make changes here. The usability of the fields is as usual.

2. Below you will find the campaign status and the tags. You can create a tag by simply entering a term in the input field. When you click enter, the term is created as a tag.

3. Under the status you will find further mandatory fields that you need to set up a campaign correctly.

4. At the top left, you enter your details about the period of the campaign

5. Below the budget is deposited, whereby the fields are laid out in such a way that they follow a natural reading flow. For example: 1000 euros gross.

Bundles Grouped

The interface offers you two options to display placements. First the grouped view in which all placements are displayed under the associated bundle. This view is displayed to you by default. You can switch between these views with the two buttons next to the <New Bundle> button.

Let's look briefly at the grouped view.

Following the logic of this view, you will also find a blundle header (1) with all the important information in the basic view. By clicking on the arrow (2)  at the beginning of the line, the placament list (3) opens with all placements belonging to the bundle.

How many placements are in the list is indicated by the number in the orange box (4)  to the right of the arrow.

You can use the +  (5) button to create a new placement in this bundle.

Bundles ungrouped

By clicking the list button, the placements of all bundles are displayed in a list. As in the grouped view, you can add a new placement using the <+> button.

Campaign Readview

By clicking on the bar graphic in the upper campaign header, a new browser tab opens which offers you detailed information about the campaign.

In this view you will find the following information:

  1. Campaign master data
  2. Deal information
  3. Product Clashes & Comments
  4. Some monthly reports
  5. Placement table

Campaign Data

This area shows you all the basic data for the campaign. If you move the mouse pointer over the credit card icon, the total amount invoiced will be displayed.

Deals

The Deals window shows you which deal is linked to the campaign. When you click on the deal name, you will see a pop-up window that shows you the detailed information about the deal.

Product Clashes & Comments

This window shows you all product clashes that MYDAS takes into account when booking. In addition, comments from the campaign are displayed here.

Reports

  1. In the report windows you will see how much budget was requested, how much was booked and how much was billed per month.
  2. The graphical view shows you the month by month. By clicking on the arrow next to the month, the next month will be displayed.

Placement Table

At the very bottom you will find the so-called placement table. Here you can get some information about the placements. The colored marking shows you which transaction type it is

By activating the <Expand Table>, budget data is also shown.

Spotlist

By double-clicking on a placement, you can see the spot bookings in the respective placement.
