User cannot log in to MYDAS

In case a user cannot log in, this can have the following reasons:

1) The Person is not set to active -> Set Person to active  ​

 2) The User account is not set to active -> Set User account to active  

 3) The account of the user has expired -> Set 'To'-date to a date in the future

 4) The amount of login attempts exceeds the amount of allowed login attempts -> Set 'Maximum Number of Login Attempts' to 0  ​

5) There is a IP listed in the 'Valid IP' field -> Empty the field 'Valid IP'  ​

6) There are two identical users -> The User has to be unique

7) The password is wrong / You have forgotten your password -> Ask the administrator to reset the password
