FairShare optimization rules

The rules for optimization of the spot order are enlisted here.

Tandem spots - Distance of at least 1 spot between the connected spots. Order is in accordance with size.
FairShare rule - Ranking by FairShare (FS) index (first and last placed spots have a lower FS index). Observe the FS specification (positioning index in active commitment level).
Product groups - No identical product groups in succession. Note product group exclusion.
Sorting of business types:
1st level - Classic spots
2nd level - Rebate in kind
3rd level - Reciprocities
Spot length - No first position for spots < 7 seconds. In case of a similar FS ranking, longer spots are positioned before the shorter ones.
