How to create and use document templates?
In this article is described how to create document templates (which by default are displayed in the Cockpit in the 'Documents' tab for the corresponding customers) and how to allocate them to customers (corresponds to the agency).
The overview of the document templates can be found under Reports > Auto Reports > Auto Reports. Existing templates can be edited or created here.
It is possible that a document template is allocated to the customer, but that it is not displayed in the Cockpit under Documents. If the name of the document template has a special character, the template cannot be displayed correctly. Therefore remove the special character from the template's name.

For a (newly created) customer, a customer profile can be created / edited via the special action button 'Create, edit profile for this customer'.

An already created document template can then be allocated to the customer within the customer profile.
In case that a customer profile has already been created, the document template is assigned in the 'Settings' tab within the customer profile.
