How to create co-spots?
The term co-spots is used if you want to merge several spots into one and add a single material to multiple product bookings from one or more clients.
There are three prerequisites:

1. Products have to be set to 'Combinable' in the 'Settings' folder of the master data record.

2. Materials have to be set to 'Co-spot material' in the 'Settings' folder of the master data record.
3. The 'Format type' of the Break category to be booked must be set to 'Seconds'. ATTENTION: co-spots cannot be created when the 'Format type' is set to 'Frames'.
Booking co-spots
Book two spots in a break. Open the break and mark the first spot via the context menu and combine it with the second spot (again via the context menu). The combined spots will then be displayed in the same color (the color master data are used for this).
Assigning materials
Assigning the materials of these spots is done in Detailed planning. To do this, open the materials overview for the first spot and drag the desired material onto the spot that is marked as the main spot.
Input assistance
- Set co-spots can be copied as a combination. Just mark one of the spots and insert it into the desired break.
- In the case of single spot containers, the combination of the spots is initiated automatically.
