CRM: How to create reports on the start page?
This article explains how to create reports on the start page and how to delete them.
- Import an image file (.jpeg, .png) under Interfaces > Import;
- Open the uploaded image in the import (image opens in a new tab);
- Now copy the text from the image URL after '.de' (example: /import/abcd/test.JPG).
Now open the reports center via GeneralSettings > General Ctrl. Values > Reports and create a new report data set with click on 'New'.
A text and / or a linked image can be inserted in the 'Create Report' or 'Report' field (depending on the MYDAS environment).
To add a picture, the following code must be entered in the 'Create Report' / 'Report' field:

The part in bold should be replaced by the previously copied text from the image URL.
You can also enter the validity period and the type of message and, if applicable, recipient groups.
In addition, you have the option of entering a URL in the 'LinkURL' field. The image will forward one to this URL.
How to delete reports from the start page?
Navigate to GeneralSettings > General Ctrl. Values > Reports and delete the corresponding data record (right mouse button) or change the date.
