In case that it is nonetheless needed to remove an agency from a ClientGroup, for instance because it has accidentally been added to the wrong ClientGroup, a MYDAS user should contact Cataneo with a request to delete the agency from the ClientGroup in the database. Please include the ID of both the agency and the ClientGroup in the request.
