Cockpit: settings for C-Rule
In this article is explained which settings should be set / taken into account in order to be able to view the actual C-Rule value in the Cockpit.
Although a spot has been booked, the C-Rule value that is displayed is still the original 720 seconds.
The following settings should be set / taken into account in order to be able to view the actual C-Rule value:
First of all, make sure that in the Media MasterData record the checkbox 'Hour rule activated' is checked.
Admin > Reorganization > Reorg
Secondly, make sure that the 'Commercial relevant length reorg' runs and has a 'Job', so that MYDAS will always automatically show the right values.
GeneralSettings > Ctrl. Values Booking > Break Categories
Thirdly, one should be aware that not all break categories are relevant for the commercial rule. If break categories are relevant for the commercial rule, the checkbox 'Commercial rule relevance' is checked (unlike in the screenshot).
