Package cannot be invoiced, does not show up in the invoice modules

In this article is explained what a likely reason is for Packages that do not show up in the invoice modules 'In Advance' and 'Final'.

In case a package is an 'Etat Package' and therefore a 'Virtual Package', the invoice has be done with the 'Package'-invoice.
