Schedule Import fails - Break Category unknown error

When getting an error after trying to import a Scheduleimport file and the error is referring to the fact that "no category found for "kennung" = ... , there is one known cause.

It needs to be checked if the mentioned break category exists in the masterdata of Mydas or not first.


If not, then the cause is most likely that the sponserings (or any other valid category) was set too early and then the export happened with a default value. Most likely a "EWB".

Client need to correct this by re-doing the day again and import again.
